It is believed that many friends engaged in the welding pipe industry have encountered a situation, that is, when debugging or running, the welding pipe machinery suddenly has an overload fault and shuts down. If this happens, what should we do and how to deal with it? Today, I would like to share my personal experience with you.
If the welding pipe machinery is overloaded and shut down during commissioning or operation, do not panic. Calm down. Do not rush to deal with it because you are afraid of affecting the output, which will only increase the useless time consumption. If it happens during the trial run, as long as there is no problem with the mechanical part, it is basically a problem with the frequency converter. It may be a fault with the frequency converter, or it may be a problem with the parameter setting. Most of the problems I encounter are the setting of the frequency converter. Just reset the parameters of the frequency converter. If there is no problem with the frequency converter, it is necessary to check the mechanical part, but this is basically not the case. At least, this has not happened to my equipment at present.
If the overload protection fault occurs during operation, the best way to deal with it is to shut down the whole welding pipe machinery production line, and turn off the power supply from the source and restart it. Because sometimes part of the start stop effect is not good. I have encountered this situation. If it is still unstable, it is the relay reset problem. Sometimes people feel that we have reset the control panel, In fact, there is no reset in the electric cabinet, and the problem cannot be solved finally.
