If a relatively large pipe making machine production line is used to produce pipes with a smaller diameter, the welded pipe roller must be designed very large. The increase of the welded pipe mold means that the cost of the welded pipe roller will increase, which is not cost-effective for the enterprise. The other is that the energy consumption is not cost-effective. It is not worthwhile to use a large pipe making machine production line to produce small pipes. The power system cannot maximize the power, which increases the consumption of the machine and increases the wear. It's like a whole train with only one passenger. It can be said that it is not worthwhile.
Isn’t that totally impossible? Of course not. If you only have one pipe making machine production line and you really need to produce smaller pipes, you can barely use it. As a result, you will have to pay a lot of welded pipe roller costs and labor costs, because it will take a lot of time to debug.
