There are certain differences in the design of the welding rollers for high-frequency welding pipe machines and stainless steel welding pipes, as the welding rollers for stainless steel welding pipes are usually designed with a two roll structure. The welding roller mold for high-frequency welding pipe machines may be designed with two rolls, three rolls, or four rolls, depending on how the unit is designed.
When the welding roller mold of the high-frequency welding pipe machine adopts a two roll design, it is generally used for small units producing small pipes, such as pipes with a diameter below 32. The three roll design is mostly used for producing medium diameter pipes, while the high-frequency welding roller mold of the four roll design is mostly used for producing large diameter cut wall thickness pipes.
The mode of the welding roller mold for high-frequency welding pipe machines varies, and the design considerations may also vary. For example, for two roller extrusion, center distance should be considered. For three roller extrusion, not only center distance should be considered, but also the position of the upper roller, the extrusion distance between the three rollers, and the angle control of the two rollers above should be considered for four roller welding. These are all quite troublesome. But for welding pipe machine and mold enterprises like ours that have relevant experience, it is much simpler.
